You are welcome to bring your son/daughter along for a free taster session. Please speak to Head Coach Martin on 07938624840 to arrange a date and time for this introductory session.
Our boxing sessions start at 7:00pm, but please try to arrive slightly earlier (around 6:40pm) so we can introduce ourselves.
We suggest your son/daughter wears trainers, shorts and t-shirt or other suitable gym-wear, brings drinking water and warm clothing for leaving the gym. We’ll provide gloves that he can borrow and return on the night – he/she should ask the coach for these.
If your son/daughter is keen to come again you will be asked to complete the Norwich Lads ABC online membership and England Boxing registrations that we will provide you.
Membership, bookings and payment is all done online and sessions are £5.00

Our club is run on an entirely voluntary basis; our coaches and volunteers all giving up their free time to further the sport of boxing. We charge £5 subs per session simply to cover costs.
If you are interested in joining, please read through our code of conduct information before contacting us for further information or to arrange a visit to our gym.

I suggest your son/daughter wears trainers, shorts and t-shirt or other suitable gym-wear, bring drinking water and warm clothing for leaving the gym. We’ll provide gloves that he can borrow and return on the night – he/she should ask the coach for these.
If your son/daughter is keen to continue then you can sign him/her up as per below.
Membership, bookings and payment is all done online and sessions are £5.00. If you want to begin training straightaway, please complete the Norwich Lads ABC online membership and England Boxing registration
